AcroYoga Play Workshop, March 21 1-3:30pm
Indigo Yoga and Boundless Motion invite you come play with us in this AcroYoga Play workshop on Saturday, March 21, 2015 1-3:30pm at Indigo Yoga (355 Bloomfield Avenue, Caldwell, NJ).
Play is not only for children. Embody joy and curiosity, as we explore partner-supported conditioning, basic acrobatics, and partner flying! Learn while having fun and infuse your practice with a sense of creativity. You will be amazed at how easy it is!
AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the therapeutics of Thai massage. Coming with a partner is not necessary. Yoga experience is helpful, but this workshop is open to all levels of yogi- beginner to advanced.
– $30 with pre-registration (must be registered before March 10th to receive $5 discount)
