Aerial Flips, Tricks, & Tips with Renee Roman

When: Saturday, April 4th from12:00PM-1:30PM
Learn & explore more intermediate/advanced transitions and poses using the aerial silks. Play with flips, tricks and learn some tips!
You will be guided through safe and proper entry, technique and alignment and how to safely exit and modify these advanced poses.
Prerequisite of having an Aerial Yoga practice (and have taken at least 5 aerial classes) or have gone through an Aerial Yoga Teacher Training $35 per person ($5 off for NJYTT trainees)
