Welcome to day 1 of the 21 day challenge to a happier and healthier you! Today Indigo Yoga challenges you to live a life with the attitude of gratitude.

We believe that if we all consciously choose to keep an attitude of gratitude, no matter what life throws your way, you and everyone around you will live a better quality of life.
Gratitude can change your life; shared gratitude can change our world. When we choose to see through grateful eyes, we see a world that inspires gratitude. The feeling of being appreciated is a truly satisfying feeling, and recognizing your own appreciation of others is just as fulfilling. When we learn to see our world through grateful eyes, we find that the world we see if full of beauty and love.
Accept the challenge: write down a list of things and people you are grateful for. Recognizing your appreciation is half the battle…. But feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it! Share your feelings of appreciation with at least 5 people on your list.

Don't forget - keep track of your eating habits, sleeping patterns, hydration, and activity level today. Eat lots of vegetables, get rid of added sugar, limit gluten and dairy intake and drink plenty of water! Keep a journal and take 5-10 minutes this morning to set an intention and meditate to kick start your day. Wind down with 5-10 minutes at the end of your day by reflecting on the day and record your feelings and results.
