Day 15: 21 Day Challenge to a Happier and Healthier YOU!


Happy Wednesday and welcome to the 3rd and final week of your 21 day challenge to a happier and healthier you!

For day 15, Indigo Yoga challenges you to be happy for other people’s successes, rather than jealous. Today let’s challenge ourselves not to look at other people’s Facebook with jealousy – keep in mind that Facebook is each person’s highlight reel – they all are still human and also deal with life just like you. Think about the people around you for a moment and make a list of things that your loved ones have accomplished recently. Give them a call today and tell them how proud you are of them and how happy and excited you are for them.... your words will go a very long way and I would bet will bring your relationship a little bit closer.
Also – let’s try not to compete or “1-up.” We are all so unique that it is not fair to compare yourself to anyone else. Be happy for yourself and for others. Jealousy is counting another person’s blessings and forgetting your own. Today- count your own blessings and be happy for other people’s blessings as well.
Don't forget - keep track of your eating habits, sleeping patterns, hydration, and activity level today. Eat lots of vegetables, get rid of added sugar, limit gluten and dairy intake and drink plenty of water! Keep a journal and take 5-10 minutes this morning to set an intention and meditate to kick start your day. Wind down with 5-10 minutes at the end of your day by reflecting on the day and record your feelings and results.
