The world we live in is an amazing place. The people around you, the natural landscape, the architecture, the universe… there are so many things in our day-to-day lives that we don’t take the time to notice.

Indigo Yoga challenges you on Day 3 of your journey to a healthier and happier YOU to notice as many beautiful things today as possible. To take this challenge even a step further – point out the beauty around you to the people around you. So many people rush through life. Help share the beauty with others (i.e. point out the beautiful sunset, the impressive architecture, etc)

Don't forget - keep track of your eating habits, sleeping patterns, hydration, and activity level today. Eat lots of vegetables, get rid of added sugar, limit gluten and dairy intake and drink plenty of water! Keep a journal and take 5-10 minutes this morning to set an intention and meditate to kick start your day. Wind down with 5-10 minutes at the end of your day by reflecting on the day and record your feelings and results.
