The breath is the key in signaling the body's response. In this series, we will work through a series of breathing techniques including Nadi Shodhana, box breathing, belly breath, and 4-7-8 breath. We will have a discussion about the power of the breath, and the effect it has on the body. We will end with a guided breath meditation
