7/11, 11am-12pm, Handstand Jam with Jordan at Grover Cleveland Park.

8/14, 10:30-12pm, Yoga + Community Service Park Clean Up with Stephanie at Grover Cleveland Park.
45 minute yoga class followed by a group mission to walk around the park to clean up garbage.

8/22, 11am-12pm, Family Yoga + Picnic (all ages welcome) with Miriam at Grover Cleveland Park at the field next to the pond. Bagels + Fruit will be provided or BYO lunch.
Donations of gently used kids/baby clothes/toys, new linens + towels, non-perishable food will be collected for Grandma’s Place Hope Through Care
