The safety and health of our students and staff are our top priority. The risks brought on by COVID-19 is not something we take lightly. We ask you to take a moment to read our guidelines and procedures that will be in place before participating in these outdoor classes. We will be strictly enforcing these rules and following government rules and regulations.

1- Indigo Yoga has been working with the town and recreation director and we have received permits for these classes. Governor Murphy has granted permission for outdoor activities for groups up to 25 people. Pre-registration is required for these classes to ensure we stay below that limit.

2- We will be strictly enforcing social distancing. Cones will mark out where you should place your mat (which will be spaced out at least 6 feet apart). Upon arrival to class, please head directly to one of the cones to set up your yoga mat.

3- Please wear a mask to the field and keep the mask on until everyone has arrived and is on their own mats. Masks are optional during class, but you must stay on your own yoga mat and you must put your mask back on before rolling up your mat after class.

4- You will need to bring your own mat or towel and any props you want. No sharing or borrowing will be allowed.

5-  These classes are weather dependent. In the case of rain, class will be cancelled on MindBody and anyone signed up will be notified and your class will be credited to your account to use in toward a future class. Wear sunscreen and bring water for yourself!
